We recently had our pool installed by Melbourne Fiberglass Pools and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with throughout the company was professional, helpful, and easy to work with. In particular, Jason, Tess and Matt were an absolute pleasure to deal with — their communication was brilliant the whole way through the project.
We highly recommend Melbourne Fiberglass Pools to anyone looking for a quality pool installation.

We recently had a pool/spa combo installed by Melbourne Fibreglass Pools, and I can’t speak highly enough of Jason and the whole team. From the very first chat through to the final handover, everything was genuinely seamless. Communication was clear and proactive, timelines were explained up front, and whenever we had a question, someone got back to us quickly with a helpful, no-stress answer.

Jason was fantastic to deal with — knowledgeable, honest, and clearly proud of the work they do. The crew on site were equally great: friendly, respectful, and really took care around our home. You could tell they’d done this a hundred times before in the best way — calm, organised, and efficient — but still happy to talk things through as we went. They also went above and beyond a couple of times to make sure the finish was spot on and that we were comfortable with every step.

The quality of the install is excellent and the pool/spa looks incredible. We’re absolutely thrilled with how it’s turned out and how smooth the whole process was. If you’re thinking about a fibreglass pool (especially a combo setup), we’d 100% recommend Melbourne Fibreglass Pools. Thanks again to Jason and the team — we’re loving it.

We couldn’t be more pleased with our sunseeker pool by Melbourne fibreglass pools. From start to finish, the service from Jason & his team was fantastic- always quick to answer our questions and keep us informed throughout the process. Very fast turnaround for the initial dig to having the pool in the ground filled with water! 2 days..
The entire experience was smooth, professional & exceeded our expectations. We’re really happy with the end result & highly recommend Jason.

Jason always communicated well and was able to achieve my requirements in terms of pool style, location and price. They did a great job without any hassles. A better understanding of the electrical and plumbing requirements for myself upfront would have been helpful. Thanks for a smooth process and great result and would recommend.

Jason Mumford and his team from Melbourne Fibreglass Pool Company have recently installed a pool and spa for us. We are extremely happy with the finished product. Jason is a true professional. His skill/product knowledge, honesty and patience was very refreshing and reassuring. Jason and his team's workmanship and attention to detail was absolutely exceptional.

Highly recommend Melbourne fibreglass pools to anyone.
From getting a quote to fully installed was a simple process. all information given was correct and true. Pool handover was fully explained. Their prices were very competitive compared to others. Many extras were included.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Melbourne Fibreglass Pools. Unfortunately we didn’t get to install our pool in the end because of access issues, but from the initial consult Jason was such a pleasure to deal with. He was very patient with all of our queries and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in explaining the process of how a pool installation works. I would not hesitate to recommend MFP to anyone looking at installing a pool. Hopefully we will get to use them in the future!

Jason and the team completed our pool installation recently and we could not recommend them any more highly!! From the initial consult through to taking phone calls from me well after commissioning, asking questions about stuff Jason had covered off already, they have been fantastic to deal with.
Friendly, courteous, great communication and appreciative that the investment we were making was quite intimidating and uncomfortable for us but also very exciting.

I have just finished a pool installation with MFP and am so pleased with the end result. I now have my own piece of paradise oasis.
I dealt with Jason during all phases of the project, pre-sales, mid-construction and post installation. My experience with him was absolutely fantastic.
Being my first pool, I had alot and I mean alot of questions and he was always willing to answer them. Now that the project is complete he is still willing to assist if I need to bounce something off him.
Jason's customer service has been excellent. He genuinely cares about the you the customer and the finished look.
I did serious research on selecting a pool company, the right pool shell and what they were offering.
I couldn't be happier with my choice to do this big project with Jason and his great office team (Tess).

Outstanding service! Thank you to Jason and the team at Melbourne Fibreglass pools for the recent install at our home. We investigated countless pool companies and spoke to many installers. Our installation needed to allow for easements and a sloped block. From our initial conversation Jason was enthusiastic about working with us to make it possible. We signed up based on the fact that the people working for them demonstrated honesty and were responsive to all of our enquires. They were even happy to rectify a small discrepancy on dig day with a shovel and a good attitude. Highly recommended.

From the moment we meet with Jason Mumford we had a great experience from start to finish. He is professional, great to deal with, explained each step of the process and kept us informed during and after each step of the way. Jason explained to us what we need to know as we are 1st time pool owners. We were very lucky with the excavation as well. Melbourne Fibreglass Pool Company installed our new swimming pool. They were exceptional in every way - professional service, great quality product, very responsive to my 'new pool owner' questions.
